Privacy Policy

Color with Amelia is a small, independent illustration studio run by Amelia L. Moreau. This policy explains what information I collect when you use this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. In short: I only collect your email address if you choose to give it to me, I use it to send you the free pages and occasional updates, and I never sell it.

Who is responsible for your data

This website and mailing list are operated by Amelia L. Moreau, trading as Color with Amelia ("I", "me", "we"). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach me at amelia@colorwithamelia.com.

What I collect

• Your email address, when you submit it through the signup form to receive the free World Sampler and newsletter.
• Anything you send me if you reply to one of my emails (for example, your country vote or a question), so that I can respond and improve the series.
• Basic email engagement such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, collected by my email provider to help me send more relevant content.

I do not ask for your name, address, or payment details on this site. Purchases happen on Etsy, which has its own privacy policy and handles that information directly.

How I use it

• To send you the free coloring pages you signed up for.
• To send occasional emails about new releases, free monthly pages, and travel facts.
• To answer your replies and take your country votes into account.

Legal basis

For visitors in the EU and UK, I process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing (see below), and doing so does not affect anything sent before you unsubscribed.

Who else processes your data

I use MailerLite to store my mailing list and send emails. When you sign up, your email address is stored securely on MailerLite's systems on my behalf. You can read how they handle data in the MailerLite Privacy Policy. I do not share your information with anyone else, and I never sell or rent it.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The signup form is provided by MailerLite and may set a small number of functional cookies needed for the form to work. Links to Etsy and other sites will be subject to those sites' own cookie and privacy practices.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active mailings; a minimal record may be retained only as needed to honor your unsubscribe request and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of every email I send.
• Ask me to access, correct, or delete the information I hold about you.
• Withdraw your consent to being emailed.

To make any of these requests, just email amelia@colorwithamelia.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

This site and mailing list are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given me their information, please contact me and I will delete it.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be announced by email.
